you will get to keep all the photos from your session! after your shoot, you get to pick which ones you want retouched and edited. the micro and mini sessions each include 1 retouched select. the regular includes 2.

After you HAVE chosen your selects, email the files / file names to : mariellestobie@gmail.com .

if you choose to have extra images retouched, please venmo $30 EACH TO @MARIELLE_IS_COOL .

Once the edits are finalized, you will receive a new link to download your photos. please be sure to download all of your photos within 30 days. I keep backups for as long as possible, but cannot guarantee backups beyond 30 days.

what I do

removal of temporary things such as pimples, blemishes, lint, stray hairs, etc. I may apply other edits according to my artistic judgment and based on the goals of the shoot such as subtle eye brightening, teeth whitening, shadows under eyes, and makeup color correction to match skin.

what I do not do

heavy editing that alters the integrity of the subject such as face/body reshaping, height adjustment/ lengthening, and unnatural changes to hair/ eye color.

Permanent things such as moles /scars/ birthmarks/ wrinkles/ tattoos remain untouched (unless requested).

that’s totally okay! just email all of your “selects” and send payment of $30/each for all additional selects.

This can vary based on numerous factors but edits typically take 7-10 days. due to emergencies or technical issues, there may be a longer wait but I will do by best to meet that time frame.

absolutely. i work with a ton of new actors and people who are unaccustomed to being in front of a camera. i will make this as easy for you as possible! after (or before) booking your session, we will have a 15 min phone call to discuss wardrobe, posing, and your shoot goals.

I am located in topanga canyon, ca 90290 (between santa monica and malibu). i know this may be a difficult commute for some folks but i promise it’s worth the drive. bonus- parking is free!

Full session fee is due at booking and is non-refundable. please contact me before booking to save on processing fees.

you may reschedule as often as needed within 30 days. 48 hour notice required to self-reschedule. To reschedule within 48 hours, please request via email.

behind-the-scenes photography of the studio is not allowed without permission

i can usually accommodate but please check prior to bringing pets or guests
